Live Where You Play
“You look at statistics of people who own their own homes versus people who have rented their entire lives, and it’s amazing what the difference in their personal wealth is,” says Jesse Davis. “And people who don’t own a home at some point are missing out, and especially people who buy early in life can set themselves up brilliantly for their whole lives. That’s one reason I got into real estate.”
Jesse understands this firsthand as he spent the earlier part of his career working an office job despite always knowing he wanted to work for himself. He found the Peak Properties Group and the support he’s received during his time with the company has helped make him successful. The culture is such that Jesse’s hard work for his clients is mirrored in the hard work the company does for him in ensuring he and all of his clients’ needs are met.
“I’ll go out of my way for you,” he says. “And to me, it’s not just about taking the extra time, it’s about making that extra effort. For some people, you can be there, but not be present. I like to take the time to really listen. One of our core values is listening, and then listen some more. I want to build my whole business based on referrals, so it’s important to me to take the time and really get it right.”
When he’s not listening to his clients, Jesse’s probably out listening to his favorite bands and experiencing Denver’s phenomenal music scene. He’s into jambands, jazz funk, country music and most anything that happens to be playing. Jesse plays the guitar himself, but “all above the 5th fret,” he jokes.
You might also find Jesse at any number of Denver area restaurants including his favorite go-to spot Osteria Marco, or hiking with his two dogs. He’s a person of many interests, but at the heart of his passion is helping set people up for the lives they want to lead.
“Since I purchased my own home, I’ve always liked the stability and nest egg it provides. That’s what drives me to work hard for each of my clients.”
